Educational Requirements:
∎ An ideal candidate should have Master degree from any recognized university preferably in commerce or business studies. OR BBA/MBA majoring in Finance & Accounts from reputed university, CA CC/CMA part complete.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for financial planning, Controlling, Coordinating and Supervising the Accounts & Finance related activities including costing.
∎ Capable to prepare cash flow statement, financial forecasting, sound in inventory management, working capital management, budgeting and budgetary control over the whole accounts & finance of the company efficiently.
∎ Having sound and strong knowledge on Banking Activities
∎ Assist Management to prepare different financial reports of different projects.
∎ Preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements on time.
∎ Check bill/voucher/requisition/delivery challan or any others documents.
∎ Ensure all VAT and tax is appropriately deducted, collected and paid over on a timely basis
∎ Check daily local purchase bills, petty cash book and all types of payments & receipts voucher.
∎ Perform Cash Book, audit record of cash transaction & disbursements.
∎ Check & verify inventory balance through performing periodic physical counting.
∎ Maintenance of cash, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to Finance & Accounts.
∎ Responsible for reconciliation of bank accounts and Party Ledger.
∎ Monthly closing of the accounts and reporting to the management.
∎ Responsible for doing any other jobs to be assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The applicants should have 8-10 (Eight -Ten) years working experience.
∎ Working experience in the Footwear industry will be treated as extra advantage.
∎ Good knowledge on Computer & Accounting Software
∎ Having knowledge about Accrual Basis Accounting with sound knowledge of Double Entry System (Debit-Credit knowledge) is extensively required.
∎ Should be pleasant personality and should be smart and well groomed
∎ Good analytical ability, good communication skill in English - both written & verbal are must.
