Job Summary:
We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills and prior experience in the Real Estate & Construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and accounting records
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control
Manage bank transactions, loan documentation & reconciliation
Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other regulatory requirements
Coordinate with auditors for internal & external audits
Support management in financial decision-making
