∎ Skills Required: ERP, Experience in Tally ERP 9 software, Strong in MS Office (MS Word MS Excel), Tally ERP 9

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Accounting and Finance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage inventory and monitor material usage according to production reports.
∎ Record manufacturing journal entries in the organization's ERP database.
∎ Prepare invoices, challans, and delivery notes as per approved orders.
∎ Monitor/maintain petty cash account and reconcile bank/cash ledger.
∎ Verify suppliers' bills and facilitate payments upon receiving proper approvals.
∎ Monitor/verify expense vouchers according to management-approved expenses.
∎ Records purchase, sales, return, and payment vouchers in ERP regularly.
∎ Frequently communicate with the factory employee(s), collect relevant operation and production info to monitor production progress.
∎ Negotiate with the suppliers, issue purchase orders, and manage billings disputes (if any) by verifying analyzing records, challans & receipts.
∎ Perform inspection and audit to verify physical stocks quantity and operations.
∎ Prepare and duly submit periodic financial and stock reports to management.
∎ Maintain dealers' and suppliers' ledger and record relevant received and payment entries.
∎ Maintain employee attendance and prepare monthly payroll.
∎ Any activities and/or periodic projects assigned by senior management.
