∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the financial section effectively in order to ensure all allocated tasks are performed and financial reports that are Monthly financial accounting, accounting reports & other reports are delivered on a timely basis.
∎ Oversee administrative functions such as accurate updating of ledger entries, inventory systems, costing, and bank reconciliation so as to ensure all necessary work is being carried out accordingly
∎ Ensure on-time salary disbursement with other fringe benefits as per company policy and their employment contract.
∎ Prepare annual financial statement, Quarterly FDI report, and Monthly VAT returns and Tax summary submission, half-yearly withholding tax return submission, and annual return submission.
∎ Liaise with external auditors and coordinate the year-end audit in order to ensure accuracy of audit and adherence to procedures
∎ Participate in the preparation of budgets with Finance Manager, monitor and analyze expenditure/variances in order to ensure that departmental expenditure is maintained within the budget
∎ Smooth maintenance of all the financial activities related to the ERP System.
∎ Communicate, coordinate and maintain relationships with all relevant external institutes including financial and regulatory authorities such as Banks, External Auditors, Corporate Secretaries, Inland revenue, in order to ensure the services required by the organization are delivered in the most effective manner
∎ Takes action to ensure compliance with local country legislation.
∎ Prepare bank payment vouchers and after cross-checking, issue the cheque to make payment.
∎ Ensure effective cash management and try to minimize the overall cost of the company
∎ Ensure on-time payment of all bills.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and ensure better database management of all important documents
∎ Make sure that you are checking e-mail regularly and taking on time initiative to sort out every matter related to your work activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferably 5 years of solid Finance & Account experience with at least 3 years.
∎ Bachelor degree or above in Accounting and Finance
∎ Excellent communication skill to manage HK and local team
∎ Hands-on experience in local Tax, Vat rules, and regulation
∎ Experience in the Retail/Sourcing Industry
