Education:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

∎ Age 22 to 36 years
∎ Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
∎ Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
∎ Excellent understanding of local tax laws and compliance requirements.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Personal Attributes:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.
∎ Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other expenses.
∎ Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables from clients.
∎ Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
∎ Prepare and maintain bank statements and payment schedules.
∎ Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
∎ Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
∎ Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and filing requirements.
∎ Prepare and submit VAT, TDS, and other tax-related documents.
∎ Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
∎ Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve financial queries.
∎ Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes.
