Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive (Knitting & Dyeing Audit) is responsible for financial auditing, cost verification, and compliance monitoring of knitting and dyeing operations. The role ensures transparency, cost control, and alignment with buyer, sustainability, and internal audit requirements within Shipra Fashion Ltd.’s textile and RMG operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Knitting & Dyeing Audit Responsibilities:
Conduct regular audits of knitting and dyeing operations from a financial and process compliance perspective
Verify production data including yarn consumption, fabric output, wastage, and efficiency
Cross-check knitting and dyeing production records with cost sheets and accounts data
Audit chemical, dye, and auxiliary consumption against approved standards and recipes
Monitor utility usage (water, steam, electricity) related to knitting and dyeing processes
Identify cost variances, leakages, and abnormal wastage and report findings to management
Ensure proper documentation and traceability for buyer, internal, and third-party audits
Support compliance with OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, ZDHC, and buyer-specific requirements
Accounts & Finance Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of knitting and dyeing-related expenses
Assist in preparation and verification of process-wise cost analysis and budgeting
Support monthly cost reports and management reporting
Coordinate with accounts, production, and quality teams for data validation
