Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have knowledge of Accounting Software.
∎ Prepare Export sales statements by verifying documentation, data Accounts statements (Monthly, Quarterly, half yearly & yearly).
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, MS Word/ Advance Excel
∎ To Check & Process Vouchers, Bills & Statements for payment with due approvals.
∎ Prepare & Process related documents of daily financial transactions for approval.
∎ To Record & Ensure on a daily basis accurate balancing of transactions in Books of Accounts.
∎ Maintain all Financial Documents and Files as directed and in an organized manner.
∎ Ensure that the approved Chart of Accounts is strictly followed in all accounting entries.
∎ To Ensure strict confidentiality of company information and safety and security of financial and other documents.
∎ Have a good knowledge related to bank issues.
∎ Anything required by the Management need to report timely.
∎ Reconcile the sales statement master-file with the report export from accounting software
∎ Ensure proper compliance with VAT Act & Rules;
∎ Maintain VAT Challan (Mushak-6.3), VAT-6.5, Sales register (Mushak- 6.2) & other books /papers related to VAT;
∎ Prepare VAT Reconciliation Statement between VAT record and Accounting record;
∎ Make correspondence with VAT authority and deal with VAT audit-related activities.
