Experience:
Lead Generation: Identifying and targeting potential clients or leads through cold calling, emails, social selling, networking, and attending industry events.
Prospecting: Qualifying leads and determining if they are a good fit for the product or service being offered.
Negotiation & Closing Sales: Engaging in contract negotiations, handling objections, and ultimately closing deals to meet sales quotas or targets.
Client Onboarding: Ensuring smooth transitions for clients from the sales process to the delivery of the product or service. This may include setting up meetings, explaining contracts, and guiding clients through implementation.
Client Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, renewals, and upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Ongoing Support: Acting as the main point of contact for any client queries or issues, collaborating with other teams (like customer service, product, or marketing) to resolve concerns.
Client Retention & Growth: Working closely with clients to identify new needs or areas of improvement that could be met with additional services or products.
Reporting & Strategy: Sales Reporting: Tracking sales activities, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and reporting on performance metrics (e.g., sales pipeline, revenue generation, and quotas) to leadership.
Market & Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and product developments in order to maintain a competitive edge and provide insightful recommendations to clients.
Administrative Tasks: CRM Management: Using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to document sales activities, client interactions, and ensure effective follow-ups.
Contract & Proposal Creation: Drafting and reviewing contracts, proposals, and service agreements.
Forecasting & Planning: Providing sales forecasts and contributing to the overall business strategy through data-driven insights.
