∎ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

∎ Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.

∎ Experience working in the real estate industry, particularly in Cox's Bazar.
∎ Knowledge of local tax regulations and real estate market practices.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger management and financial reconciliations.
∎ Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
∎ Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow reports.
∎ Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, including VAT and TDS filings.
∎ Handle payroll processing, including salary disbursement, tax calculations and employee benefits.
∎ Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and financial reviews.
∎ Monitor and manage petty cash and other financial transactions relevant to the company's operations in Cox's Bazar.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office in Cox's Bazar.
∎ Maintain office supplies and ensure that the office environment is well-organized and efficient.
∎ Manage employee attendance records, leave applications, and other HR-related documentation.
∎ Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and preparing necessary documents.
∎ Organize company events, meetings and ensure proper documentation of minutes and follow-ups.
∎ Liaise with local vendors, service providers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services.
∎ Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to office operations.
∎ Provide general administrative support to the HR and Finance departments as required.
