Job Context:
∎ We are currently looking for a permanent Accounts Officer, and are currently accepting applications.
∎ Contractual elements of the role include.
∎ Hours: 40 hours per week.
∎ Annual Leave: 30 days.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist with data input into the Xero and bookkeeping systems and help us to achieve outstanding accuracy.
∎ Pro-Active on invoice posting into different accounting software.
∎ Bank reconciliation for clients.
∎ Excel CSV making and upload into different accounting software.
∎ Day to day Admin and billposting for clients.
∎ Pro-Active on email response and solving issues.
∎ Management account preparation for clients.
∎ Accounts preparation for small clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Must have at least 2 year of experience in Accountancy/bookkeeping.
∎ Excellent written and reading English skills.
∎ Understand English well.
∎ Good IT skills and can learn how to use different accounting software.
