∎ Needs experience and skills in working with excluded and people of concern in the community
∎ Patient, persuasive, and have the confidence and experience needed to be taken seriously by the beneficiary
∎ Needs to understand community dynamics
∎ Communication & Coordination Skills
∎ Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic and Assertive
∎ Familiarity with principles of monitoring & evaluation
∎ Able to work collaboratively with internal staff and external providers
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Measuring the vital parameters of all patients: temperature, heart and respiratory rates, blood pressure, etc
∎ Registering the main elements of osculation on surveillance forms, along with the dates and times of patient arrivals
∎ Undertaking complementary examinations, if necessary
∎ To the referral doctor for all cases requiring a medical/surgical opinion
∎ To the reference hospital for cases requiring emergency hospitalization
∎ Registering the main elements and the diagnoses
∎ Making clear notes on the medical prescriptions
∎ Ensuring the maintenance of appropriate departmental documentation
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical facility
∎ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
∎ Completing all assigned tasks as necessary to meet the demands of the work environment
∎ Medical officers will manage all aspects related to patient care within their departments
∎ Ensuring the highest standards in patient care are maintained
∎ Supervising, and monitoring patient's healthcare and collaborating with consultants
∎ Managing and identifying areas of improvement in patient care
∎ Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
∎ Ensuring consistent and accurate medical record-keeping practices
∎ Providing emergency First-aid to the patients and referring them to the district hospital if needed
