Job Context:
∎ The purpose of the position is operating day to day activities and support to his/her senior.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka or anywhere in Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience handle Accounts manually and also must have experience & skill in accounts customize software like Tally ERP9 Software and Excel.
∎ Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed by using Excel & ERP software.
∎ Maintain day to day cash register & Checking document/ instruments of the petty cash expenses, and prepares the summary for payments.
∎ Proper documentation and file management.
∎ Oversee daily expenditures, vouchers, checking bills, and daily cash transactions.
∎ Prepare and maintain daily expenditures, vouchers, and daily cash/bank transactions.
∎ Prepare monthly Trial Balance, Income Statement and Balance Sheet etc.
∎ Any other job relating to finance and accounts as assigned by management from time to time.
∎ Knowledge on vat & tax.
∎ Stock report & Bank reconciliation.
∎ Knowledge about Banking Activity.
∎ To handle independently Statutory and Internal Audits for the company with Tax and VAT computation, analysis and present it to the authority on regular basis.
∎ To prepare treasury activities including weekly and monthly cash flows.
∎ To manage accounts payable/receivable, salary / payroll account statement reconciliations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Able to work under pressure, Accounts & Finance, Microsoft Word & Excel, Tally ERP 9 or other Accounting Software, Typing both Bangla & English.
∎ Experience in Tally ERP 9 or other Accounting Software
∎ Good communication skills, both written and oral
∎ Must be an honest person
Salary: Negotiable
