Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ ACCA Fully/Party Qualified
∎ Certified in Xero accounting software.
∎ Excellent communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English (IELTS band 7.5 or above).
∎ Advanced proficiency in Ms Excel will add extra value.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ACCA, Accounting, Accounting Software, xero
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily receiving reports for Cash receipts, Bank Deposits, Re-Deposit, Dishonoured, Adjustment & Sales receipts of the corporate and reporting to the Head (Accounts & Finance).
∎ Communicating with clients based in the UK, invoice chase-up and keeping different documents as a priority.
∎ Preparing regular analysis of income and expenditure to assist management in the budget monitoring process.
∎ Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
∎ Performing other relevant tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Any other tasks as and when required and requested by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge of Accounting Software and MS Office applications.
Salary: Negotiable
