Job Context:
∎ An export oriented company is inviting applications from eligible Bangladeshi candidates for this position.
∎ Executive - Finance, reporting to the Deputy General Manager - Financial Reporting, Acc,vat & Tax (Dhaka Office)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Cash book Maintain
∎ EMI Monitoring
∎ Credit card transaction monitoring
∎ Manage accounts payable/receivable.
∎ Treasury activities including preparation of weekly and monthly cash flows.
∎ Periodical financial statement as per management requirement.
∎ Ensuring all regulatory reporting deadlines meet up within the time limit.
∎ Create and establish proper accounting methods/processes, policies, and principles
∎ Ensure the inter-companies monthly reconciliation Maintain & Supervision all kind of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to finance & accounts.
∎ Responsible for preparing financial statements (monthly, quarterly, half yearly & annually)
∎ Monitoring accounts payable, advance and accounts receivable position regularly and take necessary steps to update the balances.
∎ Checking of all General Ledger and other relevant documents.
∎ Checking of all head office and factory bill & voucher preparation and posting to the system.
∎ Ensure transactions are properly recorded in a timely manner.
∎ Liaison with Banks, Tax Authorities, Concerned Govt. Authorities and Suppliers.
∎ Responsible for banking activities of the organizations, reconciliation of bank accounts and ensures adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
∎ To ensure timely payment of all Suppliers, Bank installments, Staff salaries, utility bills and any other payments.
∎ Manage annual internal audits & liaise with external auditors during audit period.
∎ Manage departmental staff and maintain liaison with other colleagues.
∎ Prepare monthly bank reconciliations statement.
∎ Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliation statement
∎ Maintenance of fixed assets register and safeguarding of fixed assets
∎ Ensuring that the cash book and petty cash are updated on daily basis with daily statement.
∎ Preparation of monthly Budget
∎ Passed entry in the software against export related documents, loan creation & adjustment, Back to Back L/C documents, customer ledger creation and party ledger creation
∎ TDS & VDS Challan preparation monthly, Deposit to Bank (including filling & documentation).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: cash management, Finance/ Accounts
∎ Strong Financial Analytical Skill along with skill in Microsoft Excel and any soft wear .
∎ Ability to prepare presentation in advance power point
∎ Practical working knowledge in SAP/ Global ERP environment
∎ At least 5 Years' Experience in Finance in any Multinational/Large local conglomerated manufacturing Company
∎ Highly experience and qualified graduates.
