Responsibilities & Context:
📝 𝐌𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬-
📊 Maintain general ledgers, journals, and all accounting records with accuracy.
📑 Prepare financial statements, monthly MIS reports, and reconciliation statements.
💵 Ensure proper recording of accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
🏛 Handle VAT, Tax, AIT, and other regulatory matters in compliance with local laws.
📦 Oversee inventory costing, expense monitoring, and budget control.
📈 Assist in preparing forecasts and financial planning for management decisions.
🤝 Collaborate with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions when required.
🔒 Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
