Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / M. Com in Accounting/Finance from a reputed university.
∎ Shall be a qualified Chartered Accountant from a reputed chartered accountancy firm.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and supervise all kinds of financial transactions and ensure their correct recording.
∎ Develop the accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal control.
∎ Carry out financial analysis and report risk factors and opportunities.
∎ Establish proper mechanism and ensure strict appliance to reduce vulnerability and eliminate scope of misappropriation.
∎ Regularly update regulatory policies as per existing laws for operating funds.
∎ Ensure proper handing and approval procedure for financial expenditure.
∎ Control and monitor Tax & VAT management of the companies.
∎ Quarterly check all kinds of accounts & submit report to the management.
∎ Suggest on financial forecast, invest risk and opportunities to the Board of Directors.
∎ Coordinate with departments and prepare yearly budget and ensure compliance to approved budget.
∎ Monitor and supervise daily cash flows and monthly financial transaction of the companies and submit monthly financial reports to the management.
∎ Monitor and process all kinds of credit & loan recovery through concerned departments.
∎ Coordinate with concerned banks, create favorable opportunities and terms & conditions for investment and loan.
∎ Ensure compliance with existing policies, financial rules and regulations of government.
∎ Motivate, train and lead the accounts personnel for quality work and team effort.
∎ Should be able to lead a 10-15 members of accounting team.
∎ Any other task given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in the area of accounts/finance in the good real estate company/construction company, experience in the secretarial practices will be preferred.
∎ High degree of integrity is essential in the job.
∎ Good communication skill both in Bangla & English.
∎ Good exposure in presentation of reports.
∎ The applicant should have advanced Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other software in accounting data analysis
