Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting/Finance ,
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing & maintaining company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, profit and loss account a Balance Sheet etc.
∎ prepare Reconciliation Statements related to finance & accounts.
∎ Provide different types reports to the management regarding as required.
∎ Ensure the reconciliation of sales & collection on regular basis.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management.
∎ Responsible to Prepare vouchers and maintain supporting documents properly.
∎ Responsible to check all sorts of bills of suppliers..
∎ Responsible to receive utility bill and paying to bank.
∎ Responsible to maintain cash book.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years as an accountant
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):-
∎ Tally, Ms excel , accounts preparation.
∎ Experience in Tally and ERP Software is mandatory.
∎ Advance knowledge of MS Office.
∎ Enthusiastic and passionate
∎ Good Communication skills
∎ Works under pressure.
