∎ Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar)
∎ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
∎ Familiarity with VAT, TAX, and compliance matters in Bangladesh
∎ Tech-savvy and comfortable with cloud-based platforms and restaurant POS systems
∎ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
∎ Positive mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to grow with the company
∎ Honest, responsible, and capable of working under pressure
∎ Good communication and reporting skills in English and Bangla

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate books of accounts (cash, sales, purchases, bank, etc.).
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.
∎ Oversee payroll, vendor payments, and petty cash handling.
∎ Monitor and reconcile POS system data with actual revenue and bank transactions.
∎ Maintain inventory and costing data with coordination from kitchen and procurement teams.
∎ Ensure timely VAT/TAX filings and coordinate with external auditors or tax consultants.
∎ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
∎ Maintain digital and hardcopy records of financial documents.
