Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain day-to-day accounts, vouchers, receipts, payments, and journals.
Record and reconcile all financial transactions related to flat sales, project expenses, and construction costs.
Handle bank transactions, cash flow management, and monthly reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, income & expense reports, and project-wise accounts.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and cash flow forecasting for ongoing projects.
Ensure proper documentation for VAT, TAX, and audit purposes.
Support management with financial analysis and reporting for decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all accounting activities.
