∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all financial transactions, including bills, receipts and payments are recorded in time in the ledger.
∎ Ensure on-time and appropriate record keeping of all transactions.
∎ Check & verify all transactions before entry in the ledger, check money receipt, bill, voucher, daily expenses, using Tally ERP Software and any other voucher.
∎ Making that ledgers and bank statements are Reconciled on regular basis.
∎ Ensure timely clearance of all Tax and VAT payments.
∎ Advise and report all relevant matters to Management.
∎ Prepare daily balance, approve requisition summary, and disbursement note.
∎ Prepare financial statements and other financial reports like accounting ledger, trial balance.
∎ Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management as and when required.
∎ Maintain proper compliance as per VAT and TAX Act. And Rules.
∎ Maintain liaison and closely work with the banks and other financial institutions, Tax & VAT circle offices and solve the barriers related to company Tax & VAT issues.
∎ Regular, Weekly & Monthly reports with periodical analytical reports to Management.

∎ Age 26 to 35 years

∎ ERP, Excellent communication skill, MS Word Excel PowerPoint OneNote, Tally software.
