Education:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. CPA or CMA certifications are preferred.

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, especially in the construction industry.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, MS Excel).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate financial records, including budgets and expenses.
∎ Prepare and review financial reports for management.
∎ Develop and oversee budgets for ongoing and upcoming projects
∎ .Analyze financial data to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
∎ Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax laws.
∎ Assist in internal and external audits.
∎ Provide financial insights and recommendations for project planning and decision-making.
