Responsibilities & Context:
Cash Collection
Cheque Processing
Banking
Maintaining ledger books
Maintain daily accounts including cash, bank, sales & purchase entries
Prepare and maintain Debit, Credit & Journal vouchers
Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
Maintain cash book, ledger, and bank reconciliation statements
Monitor daily sales collection and expense tracking
Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
Assist in VAT, TAX, and other compliance-related tasks
Coordinate with Store & Sales team for stock and financial reconciliation
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records
Support management in budgeting and financial planning
