∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain and file all invoices and other applicable supporting documentation.
∎ Ensure that all applicable Tax and VAT are deducted from the invoicesMonitoring daily fund deposited against unit sale and payments against unit surrenderManage all accounting transactions.
∎ Publish financial statements in time.Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
∎ Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and bankEnsure timely bank payments.
∎ Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
∎ Keep up to date on all accounting entries in software.
