∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Pursuing CA, ACCA will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Fluent In English, Microsoft Office Applications

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Updating General Ledgers;
∎ Bank Reconciliation;
∎ Monthly Management Accounts;
∎ Monthly P&L Reporting;
∎ Updating all records and any other functions related to property management;
∎ Complete monthly audits;
∎ Knowledge of Sage accounting - Updating Records;
∎ Reporting to Directors/ Management on occupancy, turnarounds, voids and risk;
∎ Reporting on company voids, performance and other tasks set by Directors;
∎ Speaking & providing service to UK clients;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
