∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Costing, printing and packaging
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forwarding daily money requisition to Head Office and collecting cash with proper documentation.
∎ Maintaining Cash Book.
∎ Making Daily and Monthly Profit & Loss Statement.
∎ Doing Order-wise costing, submitting PI/ Bill and arranging LC/ Bill collection.
∎ Preparing forecast based on the Work Orders.
∎ Making Cash Flow forecast and prepare Cash Flow statement.
∎ Checking stock of Raw Materials with store and reorder when re quired.
∎ Preparing purchase and Sales related documents/ statement.
∎ Maintaining Party Ledger.
∎ Doing necessary entry in ERP/ Software.
∎ Preparing Monthly Salary and OT Sheet.
∎ Making Daily Attendance Report.
∎ Submitting Monthly VAT return.
∎ Renew all licenses as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
