Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
∎ Generate profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
∎ Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management.
∎ Payroll and Employee Process payroll and manage employee benefit accounts.
∎ Process maintain records of staff salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
∎ Reconcile bank statements and brokerage accounts.
∎ Prepare and manage the general ledger.
∎ Ensure timely entry of data into accounting software.
∎ Oversee client account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and portfolio management fees.
∎ Ensure accurate recording of client investments and commissions.
∎ Financial Reporting
