Position: Accountant and Manager

We are seeking a proactive and energetic individual to fulfil the dual role of Accountant and Manager at our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling financial accounting and administrative management, ensuring smooth daily operations in the office

Set of Rules 01: Accountant

• Manage salary processing and sheet preparation
• Handle payments and receipts
• Prepare bills and invoices
• Maintain accurate accounting records
• Oversee purchase transactions and inventory
• Perform bill verification and auditing

Set of Rules 02: Administrative & Managerial Role

• Manage overall office operations and administration
• Maintain staff rosters, assign duties, and manage kitchen and food supplies
• Track and report leave and absences of employees
• Uphold office discipline and ensure compliance with internal regulations
