Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintains accurate financial records through bookkeeping and data entry.
- Manage invoices and payments and perform reconciliations of bank statements and accounts.
- Preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets, and monitoring company expenses.
- Maintaining Production and stock management.
- Knowledge And Experience
- 2+ years of experience in corporate accounting.
- Must know Tally or relevant ERP software.
- Cost accounting and cost management.
- Maintain a daily log of cashflow
- Balance sheet and bank reconciliation
- Inventory, payroll, and purchase handling
- Financial systems experience.
- Experience maintaining fixed assets registers.
- Ensuring accurate prepayment and accrual of contracts.
