Job Context:
∎ We are an education consultancy firm based in Sydney, Australia.
∎ Our main admin office is in Bangladesh and we are looking to recruit one accountant for our Bangladesh team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Maintain accurate and organized financial records by recording transactions in our accounting systems.
∎ 2.Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling bank statements, tracking accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring up-to-date financial data.
∎ 3.Prepare various financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, providing insights into our financial performance.
∎ 4.Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities, evaluate risks, and recommend strategies for improved financial performance.
∎ 5.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards relevant to our operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ During provisional period (3 months), salary will be 20,000 BDT and after provisional period salary will be 25,000 BDT.

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ There are some bonuses and also time in lieu payment as well.
