Job Context:
∎ The Asia Arsenic Network is looking for an eligible candidate for the mentioned position for conducting a 3 years project on "Dissemination and Implementation of NCDs Tackling Model Centering the Vulnerable Community in Khulna District" during March 2023-February 2026.
∎ Employment Status: Contractual (as per project agreement)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain cashbook, ledger, bank transaction documents, various records of movement, fuel, stock item, leave and asset and relevant items.
∎ Manage and maintain budget expenditure process as per MoFA and NGOAB guideline.
∎ Ensure payment of vat, tax according to law of Bangladesh government.
∎ Produce accounts report for management level regularly.
∎ Prepare documents and conduct audit annually hiring a reputed firm.
∎ Guide organizing event as per the design of project
∎ Support logistic

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-year experience with handling project accounts
∎ Maintain cashbook, ledger, stock register a necessary record.
∎ Prepare auditing financial information.
∎ Compiling and presenting reports, budget and financial statements.
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
∎ Good skill in computer is essential
∎ Spoken and writing skill in English is necessary
∎ Donor and NGOAB based budget analysis and communication with both sites are essential.
∎ Conduct audit by a recognized audit firm as per the guidance of Bangladesh law and donor's requirements.

Salary: Tk. 38400 (Monthly)
