Educational Requirements:
∎ Prospective candidates should have a Masters's Degree. Diploma / Training in HA would be added value

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct accountability reviews/monitoring visits to develop accountability plan.
∎ Work with Project Team and ensure engagement of different actors, majhis to ensure effective programme accountability practices in WV implemented EFSP Programs in Camps and Host Community.
∎ Work with sector leads to embed accountability mechanisms in each sector/programming area
∎ Provide training on accountability for Project staffs, actors, Majhis, Community Leaders to raise awareness, promote implementation and receive feedback on contextual restraints and opportunities
∎ Will be responsible to achieve Project interventions subject to improve programme accountability effectively.
∎ Work with all actors & Project team to ensure accountability, info provision and feedback mechanism is in place in WV implemented EFSP in Camps and HC.
∎ Train community volunteers on the Red Cross Code of Conduct, introduction to accountability and how to use a community feedback & information tools
∎ Create data base for programme accountability
∎ Train and mentor newly recruit accountability facilitator for their work.
∎ Work with MEAL team to establish processes for linking analysis of community feedback and monitoring data
∎ Consolidate, analyse and produce regular (weekly) accountability report on regarding feedback and complaints.
∎ Working with Communication team for documentation (Visual) of Accountability processes and achievements.
∎ Document good/best practice and disseminate to wider humanitarian community
∎ Coordinate and liaise with different Accountability Platforms clusters to share WV Accountability achievements and plan and also to receive the Response and seek to leverage their assistance in support of WV’s accountability plan.
∎ Support to establish full time information desk in Camp, Host Community & programmes team as needed.
∎ Oversee Distribution Management as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Work Experience in Relief / Refugee / Emergency context / Host Community.
∎ Candidates should also have at least 3 years’ previous experience in related field preferably in similar field.
∎ This position requires a mature candidate, a self-starter, with dedication and ability to work with less or no supervision. Must demonstrate willingness to learn and work with others as a team.
∎ Ability to perform field assignments and willingness to travel for long period of time in difficult terrain, harsh and demanding conditions. Candidates should also be willing to live and work in very difficult and security-risk areas
∎ Commitment to and understanding of international humanitarian standards, especially the Red Cross and Red Crescent Code of Conduct, Sphere, and the Humanitarian Accountability Partnership (HAP) Standard;
∎ Good command of oral and written Bangla / English must and Computer literacy is a must.

Salary: Tk. 100000 (Monthly)
