Responsibilities & Context:

As one of the largest IT service providers in the country, we are actively looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced personnel to join our Sales team.

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with Banks, NBFIs, Insurance companies, and other financial institutions.

  • Acquire new clients within the financial sector and achieve assigned sales targets.

  • Take ownership of the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Identify new business opportunities and position solutions effectively to clients.

  • Develop proposals, deliver presentations, and coordinate with OEMs and internal teams.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and maintain key relationship KPIs.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and drive long-term business growth.

  • Provide periodic updates to the Head of Business and support in achieving collection targets for respective accounts.

  • Apply a consultative/solution-selling approach for ICT and digital transformation projects.

  • Prepare responses to RFPs/RFQs and lead commercial negotiations.

  • Achieve revenue and growth targets while ensuring account profitability
