∎ Age 24 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
∎ Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
∎ Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
∎ Monitor and manage outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
∎ Reconcile vendor statements and handle any payment disputes.
∎ Monitor cash flow and manage cash disbursements and collections.
∎ Prepare cash flow forecasts and reports.
∎ Ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs.
∎ Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support business operations
∎ The Account Executive will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting overall financial operations.
