∎ GROW B is a dynamic and growing trading company seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in Dhaka. If you have a strong background in accounting, particularly with VAT and tax management, and possess excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.
∎ Job Title: Accounts Executive
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ VAT and Tax Management: Ensure compliance with all VAT and tax regulations, including timely preparation and submission of returns.
∎ Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, including tracking stock levels, movements, and reconciliation.
∎ Sales Record: Meticulously record and manage all sales transactions.
∎ Accounts Receivable: Oversee and manage all accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
∎ Accounts Payable: Handle all accounts payable activities, including processing invoices, making payments, and managing vendor relationships.
∎ Daily Expense Management: Track and manage daily operational expenses efficiently.
∎ Qualifications and Experience:
∎ A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role within a trading company.
∎ Proficiency in Tally software is preferred.
∎ Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
