Job Context:
∎ The Asia Arsenic Network is looking for an eligible candidate for the above position for conducting a 3 years` project on "Dissemination and Implementation of NCDs Tackling Model Centering the Vulnerable Community in Khulna District" during March 2023-February 2026.
∎ Employment Status: Contractual (as per project agreement)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain cash book, ledger and relevant documents with computer and register.
∎ Should have knowledge on Vat and Tax according to Bangladesh law.
∎ Ensure payment vat and tax in bank.
∎ Mange stocks and maintain relevant project records.
∎ Doing photocopies, issue letters in various departs
∎ Support field level event organizing carrying materials to the place.
∎ Various record keeping & reporting.
∎ Meet with visitors and share information.
∎ Organize procurement.
∎ Any other project relevant work

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1-year experience with handling accounts
∎ Experience on maintain project account will be given priority.
∎ Maintain cashbook, ledger, stock register a necessary record.
∎ Compiling and presenting reports, budget and financial statements.
∎ Keeping various financial and administrative documents and manage
∎ Knowle on English for reading and writing.
∎ Various record keeping & reporting.
∎ Good skill in computer is essential.
∎ Female are encouraging to apply

Salary: Negotiable
