Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible of Sales & Collection.
∎ Mainly responsible to execute Monthly and annually target Vs achievement.
∎ Vigilance required to expansion dealers’ network in whole zone.
∎ Focus on Retail network.
∎ Keenly watch Dealers inventory for better and smooth Sales.
∎ Focus on Dealer Sellout data. Sellout data key of success.
∎ Vigilance required competitor’s activity as well as Market activity.
∎ Involve in making Sales policy zone Level.
∎ Focus on Market visit.
∎ Keep strong relation with Dealers.
∎ Accountable for management matters.
∎ Motivation of the sales team and solve their problems.
∎ Dealers account reconciliation.
∎ Increase the dealer’s network throughout Region.
∎ Responsible for making of sales policies.
∎ Responsible for administrative matters.
