∎ Master Degree/MBA from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain distribution channel and enhance capacity of channel members.
∎ Find business opportunity and create new dealers in the untapped market.
∎ Prepare and cascade sales target to subordinate (Area/Territory level) daily, weekly monthly, and yearly basis.
∎ Achieve the sales and collection target by individuals and give high concentration on MBO of the company.
∎ Analyze ROI, sales and collection of individual agent or dealer and them proper guide line in order to achieve their target.
∎ Develop team members by offering coaching, counselling, advice, support, motivation, and necessary information in order to achieve sales target.
∎ To recommend product-lines by identifying new product opportunities, surveying consumer needs, business trends and tracking competitors.
∎ Build RAPO with stockholders and maintain with customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
∎ Collect and observe competitors' activities and send head office.
∎ Any other relevant task as and when assigned by the Departmental Head.
