∎ Base Location: Based in Cox`s Bazar, Bangladesh with regular travel to field sites

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Youth Conservation Corps Reporting and Knowledge Management Coordinator (YCC Reporting and Knowledge Management Coordinator) will be responsible for Monitoring, Reporting, and Documentations for the youth programs concerning natural resource management under the Compass Program. The person/potion will coordinate to draft implementation plan, reporting, monitoring, evaluation, and documentation.
∎ The 'The YCC Reporting and Knowledge Management Coordinator' will support the program with duties and responsibilities including, but not be limited to, the following:
∎ YCC Program Management (90%)
∎ Coordinate to develop strategic plans including yearly implementation plan, youth selection, and training facilitation plan, monitoring, and training/course evaluation plan in consultation with YCC Advisor.
∎ Coordinate to monitor activity implementation, training/course evaluation, managing activity tracker, and documentation in collaboration with YCC team and Compass MEL Specialist.
∎ Coordinate the process documentation and learning and knowledge documentation of the YCC program in collaboration with the YCC team and Compass Communications.
∎ Coordinate the reporting includes regular event reports (extra-curriculum, community works, YCC events), course completion report, bi-weekly report, quarterly report, and annual report, concept note and other necessary briefings, etc. in consultation with YCC Advisor.
∎ Coordinate the formative and summative assessments, research, periodic studies, and evaluations in consultation with YCC Advisor.
∎ Draft the terms of reference, concept note, event proposal, budget and manage the administrative procedures for the longitudinal study, community environmental needs assessments, formative and summative assessments, periodic studies, and events led by the position.
∎ Lead the longitudinal study, community environmental needs assessments, formative and summative assessments, periodic studies, and evaluations in consultation with YCC Advisor.
∎ Lead to review and follow up the youth selection criteria, code of conducts, Standard Operating Procedure (SoP) periodically with the support of the YCC Team.
∎ Lead the process documentation of the YCC program in Bangladesh and showcase the best practice and success globally.
∎ Coordinate the internship and job placement plan of individual trainees in collaboration with the partner organizations and YCC team.
∎ Support to review and revise YCC training curriculum, session plans, modules, and learning materials with YCC trainer and YCC team.
∎ Responsible to work closely with MEL and Communications teams to assess and capture the progress and impacts of YCC activities.
∎ Provide technical and administrative support in implementing YCC programs and activities such as supervision visit coordination, hosting visitors and guests from donors, partners, and government representatives.
∎ Support to organize team meetings, monthly meetings, partners meetings, identify along with ensuring the meeting minutes and follow-up action points.
∎ Support to Compass leadership and technical teams.
∎ Carry out any other related responsibilities as assigned by the office.
∎ Admin, Finance and logistics (10%):
∎ Assist to draft the annual budget of the YCC component and follow up on the expenditures.
∎ Assist the team members in developing work plans and budgets in the relevant areas and activate in consultations with Compass finance.
∎ Assist in developing SoWs, procurement, vendor selection, and travel plans in consultations with the Compass operations team.
∎ Travel to the site as and when necessary for better coordination requested by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least five years of experience with a minimum of three years in monitoring, reporting, evaluation, and documentation along with program implementation experience with NGOs or INGOs is required.
∎ Country-level working experience in capacity building for youth groups and excellent photography skill will be highly preferred.
∎ Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
∎ Ability to draft excellent implementation plan, activity monitoring plan, training evaluation, process documentation, reporting and documentation.
∎ Knowledge of the basic process of program implementation in both urban and rural sides of the country.
∎ Understands and applies fundamental concepts and principles of a professional discipline or technical specialty relating to the position.
∎ Possesses basic knowledge of organizational policies and procedures relating to the position and applies them consistently in work.
∎ Ability to analyze the requirements and synthesize them with YCC activities.
∎ Strives to keep job knowledge up to date through self-directed study and other means of learning.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills, proven teamwork capacity with demonstrated track record of working with diverse teams, and habit of practicing result-oriented approach in solving critical and sensitive human resources and administrative issues with diplomatic and delicate manner.
∎ Ability and interest in learning new tools to make evidence-based programmatic documentation.
∎ Demonstrates advanced knowledge of information technology and applies it in work assignments (advance level user of Microsoft Office)
∎ Language Ability: The incumbent must be proficient in spoken and written English at Level IV (fluent) and must likewise be fully fluent in spoken and written Bangla. English language skill will be tested.
