Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or Bachelor of Sciences in environmental science / forestry / natural resources management / life sciences.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least three (3) years of working experience with minimum 1-years research and professional experience in work with forestry or relevant project preferably with NGOs or government project in the same field.
∎ Prior experience of working with USAID/USG or other donor-funded programs/projects is preferred.
∎ Good track record of establishing and developing relationships with key people in external stakeholder organizations.
∎ Experience in program coordination, planning, management, and monitoring of NRM projects including field experience.
∎ Familiarity with issues related to forestry, natural resource management, climate change, sustainable landscapes / livelihoods, biodiversity conservation, international cooperation, alternative livelihoods, and protected area management will be a plus.
∎ Experience in event organization and management such as international seminars, conferences, exchange programs.
∎ Experience in assisting development of NRM/forestry/community training materials.
∎ Ability to mentor junior team members, students, urban/rural community youth etc.
∎ Able to manipulate databases with critical thinking and attention to detail for monitoring purposes.
