Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Theme Development: Creating custom WordPress themes from scratch or modifying existing themes to meet specific design requirements and functionality.
∎ 2. Plugin Development: Building custom WordPress plugins to add new features and functionality to a website or to extend existing plugins.
∎ 3. Website Design: Collaborating with designers to implement their designs into functional WordPress themes, ensuring they are responsive and visually appealing.
∎ 4. Database Management: Managing and interacting with the WordPress database (usually MySQL) to store and retrieve data efficiently.
∎ 5. Server-side Development: Writing server-side code using PHP to handle various aspects of WordPress functionality.
∎ 6. Back-end Development: Working with PHP and MySQL to handle server-side operations, such as database interactions and server configuration.
∎ 7. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to WordPress websites, themes, plugins, or server configurations.
∎ 8. Ad Integration: Integrating ad networks and ad management platforms (such as Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, or other ad networks) into WordPress websites.
∎ 9. Performance Optimization: Optimizing website performance by caching, image optimization, code minification, and other techniques to ensure fast loading times.
∎ 10. Security and SSL integration: Implementing security measures to protect WordPress websites from potential vulnerabilities and hacks.
∎ 11. SEO Implementation: Implementing SEO best practices to improve the website's search engine visibility and ranking.
∎ 12. Integration: Integrating third-party APIs, services, and platforms with WordPress to extend the website's functionality.
∎ 13. Testing: Conducting thorough testing of websites to identify and fix any bugs or issues before launch.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
