Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Product listing and uploading
∎ • Inventory management
∎ • Handling customer inquiries
∎ • Order processing
∎ • Product research
∎ • Team support
∎ • Reporting and analysis
∎ • Online advertising and marketing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Experience in managing online stores.
∎ • Knowledge of various e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.
∎ • Ability to create and manage product listings, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
∎ • Excellent communication service skills for managing customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
∎ • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media marketing, email marketing, and SEO.
∎ • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving issues related to the website’s functionality and performance.
∎ • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ • Passion for e-commerce and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Additional Transport Allowance will be given in weekly basis
