Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduate. PGD in Social Compliance will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To act as a negotiable agent, who will handle grievance of workers, individually or collectively.
∎ To maintain harmonious relationship between factory management and workers.
∎ To advice factory management in formulating labor policies.
∎ To advice workers against going on illegal strikes and advice management against illegal lockouts.
∎ To prevent anti-social activities.
∎ To effectively manage the Welfare budget ensuring financial controls are both robust and transparent.
∎ In conjunction with each team member agree a development plan to enable them to update their skills and knowledge.
∎ Pro-actively manage any disciplinary, grievance or absence issues that arise within the team.
∎ Ensure that all administration systems are effective, fit for purpose and kept up to date.
∎ Manage on a day-to-day basis, the corporate governance structure and decision-making framework, ensuring all necessary information is recorded and administered effectively.
∎ Look after occupational health and safety issue for the assigned area.
∎ To ensure health, hygiene & safety issues.
∎ Maintaining registers (maternity leave, grievance handling, Orientation, Awareness program, etc.)
∎ Keeping perfect official record on Welfare management and ensure all over welfare activities as per labor law-2006.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Good writing and oral Communication skills particularly in Bangla and English.
∎ Computer skill on MS Office/ Excel is must.
Salary: Negotiable
