Graduation from any reputed university.
The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership quality.
Adaptable, pro-active, and innovative, and able to work under pressure independently.
Should have excellent people, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Computer literate (MS office).
Sound knowledge in Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law 2019, EPZ Labor Rules 2022, BLA 2006 & BLR 2015.
To monitor & check the Health, Safety & Welfare related issues, prepare list & take the necessary steps for correction under the supervision of the team leader.
To conduct an induction and orientation program for new workers as per schedule.
To attend & prepared documents of different committee meeting.
To collect all necessary updated license from concern dept. & maintain file.
To prepare & keep training documents as per training schedule.
To face a social compliance audit & Certification audit as a team member and assist the team leader during the audit.
Organize & conduct maternity awareness training with maintain documents on monthly basis & counseling pregnant workers on a regular basis.
Monitoring & preparing wastage inventory reports.
Arrange a health checkup for the workers working hazardous tasks and make a document on it.
To do any work assigned by the higher authority.
