Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to set up a communication bridge between Management and workers.
∎ Counseling continuously to make the worker fully motivated towards their responsibilities and loyalty to the company.
∎ To keep the workers aware about their salary and wages, overtime work and overtime allowance.
∎ To increase awareness among the workers about their health-n-hygiene, personal safety or about the Personal Protection Equipment's (PPE), the core points of the labor laws of the land, protection of environment etc.
∎ to provide psychological support to the workers to motivate them to do better
∎ To look after the suggestions box scheme and make sure proper utilization of it.
∎ To maintain all types of welfare and counselling related documents & provide regular and periodical report.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
