Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to set up a communication bridge between Management and workers.
∎ Counseling continuously to make the worker fully motivated towards their responsibilities and loyalty to the company.
∎ To keep the workers aware about their salary and wages, overtime work and overtime allowance.
∎ To increase awareness among the workers about their health-n-hygiene, personal safety or about the Personal Protection Equipment's (PPE), the core points of the labor laws of the land, protection of environment etc.
∎ to provide psychological support to the workers to motivate them to do better
∎ To look after the suggestions box scheme and make sure proper utilization of it.
∎ To maintain all types of welfare and counselling related documents & provide regular and periodical report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

∎ • Ability to work under pressure;
∎ • Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;

Working on new concepts in styling and content of the knitwear is a continuous activity in Pantex with an objective to up the quality and the value of merchandise. Since 2001, the year in which International business was started, Pantex concentrated all its strengths and resources in developing a wide range of knitwear for the international market. Though young - today, Pantex has a wide Buyer range in the globe that includes - Primark, Carrefour, Half Moon, NKD, REWE, KATAG, CAMIEU, ETAM, OKAIDI, TEXEUROP .
Uniqueness of Pantex lies in its clearly defined quality policy and management structure and the capability to offer a wide range of knitwear including a full range of products for - Men, Ladies, Kids such as Polo Shirt, Sports Shirts, T - Shirts, Sweat Shirt, Shorts and Trousers. Our Knitting machines are equipped to produce all kinds of fabrics, such as Single Jersey, Double Jersey, Pique, La’Coste, Interlock, Rib, French Terry, Drop needle of other structure looks with or without spandex.
Pantex is also quite conscious of its social obligations and employees welfare measures our social policy is fully in accordance with the laws of our country.
