Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain applications using the MERN stack.Manage and optimize databases with a focus on PostGIS and PostgreSQL for spatial data.
∎ Utilize AWS services efficiently for deployment and scaling of applications.Develop interactive web-based mapping applications to visualize data effectively.
∎ Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
∎ Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.Clearly document all programming-related work.Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in software development.
∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Node.js, PostGIS, PostgreSQL, Django, and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), as well as experience with web-based mapping technologies. Familiarity with AWS and AI chatbot development is also required. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet our business needs.
