• Proven 3+ years of experience in PHP Laravel development.

• Strong expertise in e-commerce, LMS, and CRM development.

• Ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.

• Mentorship & Teaching Skills: A strong passion for mentoring, guiding, and inspiring students to excel in web design and development. Experience in teaching or mentoring is preferred but not mandatory.

• Expertise in WordPress: Proficiency in WordPress, including theme development, plugin customization, and integration.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HTML, Laravel, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and other web development tools and frameworks.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. UX/UI Design: Basic understanding of UX/UI principles to create user-friendly websites.

• SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices to optimize web content.

• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Teamwork & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP Laravel framework.

• Build and customize e-commerce, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.

• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deploy projects that meet client requirements.

• Lead and mentor junior developers, guiding them through technical challenges.

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met efficiently.

• Manage basic IT tasks and provide support for internal office management systems.

• Contribute to office administration tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
