• Requirements: Proven experience as both a Web Developer and Video Editor.
• Technical Skills in Web Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
• Knowledge of website performance optimization, SEO, and web security principles. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems is a plus.
• Technical Skills in Video Editing: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Experience with motion graphics and animation tools like After Effects.
• Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and pacing in video content.
• Understanding of video formats, compression techniques, and video optimization for various platforms.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience with UI/UX design. Familiarity with social media video formats and trends. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and functional websites.
• Optimize websites for performance, mobile responsiveness, and SEO.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure websites meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and debug any website issues.
• Implement best practices for security and user experience (UX).
• Video Editing: Edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and promotional campaigns. Add special effects, graphics, animations, and audio enhancements to videos. Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storylines. Ensure consistency in style and tone across all video content. Manage post-production tasks such as color correction, sound mixing, and final edits.
