∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Record and reconcile all money deposited in the drop box by cashiers.
∎ Witnessing (by signature) of all drop safe(s), opening of safe and counting of floats - reconciling to drop sheet per Hotel policy.
∎ Count and verify money in cashier envelopes.
∎ Prepare bank deposit slips for daily banking.
∎ Organize foreign exchange to be sent daily basis.
∎ Prepare General Cashier's daily report.
∎ Ensure Front Office shift leaders have sufficient change for the weekend float and for operations throughout the week.
∎ Reimburse cashiers for disbursements made by the (due backs).
∎ Account for petty cash reimbursements and ensure appropriate receipts and approval of Financial Controller.
∎ Handle all foreign exchange receipts for banking.
∎ Monitor foreign exchange rates weekly to ensure that the Hotel's rates are appropriate.
∎ Maintain all house bank contracts and ensure the counting of 100% of the house banks per quarter.
∎ Maintain adequate supplies of stationery for cashiers.
∎ Assist with mailing travel agent and accounts payable cheques as required.
∎ Perform all other related duties as directed by Accountant and Controller.
∎ Ensure at all times your work area is in a clean and workable condition.

∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
