• Address and resolve all types of wash-related issues for denim and non-denim products.

• Ensure timely and effective solutions to maintain product quality and compliance.

• Follow up on sample development to address wash-related issues and ensure alignment with product specifications.

• Oversee production activities at washing plants to ensure adherence to wash specifications and quality standards.

• Monitor and address any issues that arise during bulk production.

• Troubleshoot and resolve problems that occur during bulk washing processes.

• Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Develop and implement new washing techniques to achieve optimal product quality at minimal cost.

• Continuously innovate and improve washing processes.

• Collaborate with the Quality and Merchandising teams to ensure product standards are met.

• Identify and address causes of washing defects.

• Ensure adherence to brand SOPs to minimize defects and maintain high-quality standards.
