Responsibilities & Context:
As the Manager – Audit, you will serve as a critical team leader, ensuring that our “Rich Cotton Apparels Limited” facility operates with maximum efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
You won’t just be "checking boxes"— you will be driving the financial and operational health of a reputed woven project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a dedicated audit team to achieve departmental goals.
Risk Management: Identify operational risks and implement robust internal controls across the factory.
Operational Audits: Conduct thorough audits of production processes, procurement, HR, Admin and inventory management.
Compliance: Ensure all activities align with statutory requirements and company policies.
Reporting: Present insightful audit findings and actionable recommendations to senior management.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR :
Education: Master’s in Accounting/Finance or MBA (Professional qualifications like CA-CC/CMA/CIA are highly preferred).
Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of experience in internal audit, specifically within the RMG/Textile sector.
Expertise: Deep understanding of woven factory operations and supply chain processes.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to maintain objectivity under pressure.
